Mohnish Bahl (born 14 August 1961) is an Indian actor working in the Indian film industry and on Indian television.
Starting his career in 1983 through the film Bekaraar, he made his official debut with the film Maine Pyar Kiya in 1989, in which he portrayed the villain role.
The success of the film transformed Bahl's career, and he later became known as a character actor.
He has starred in over 100 films, and has been nominated for two Filmfare Awards.

Bahl was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. He is the son of actress Nutan and Lt. Cdr. Rajnish Bahl, and is a prominent member of the Mukherjee-Samarth family. He is married to Aarti Bahl (Known As Ekta Sohini) and they have two children: Pranutan Bahl and Krishaa Bahl
Career
Mohnish Bahl appeared in Bekarar as a supporting role alongside Padmini Kolhapure and co-Starring Sanjay Dutt, but the film was a critical and commercial failure. Teri Bahon Mein, a remake of The Blue Lagoon starring Ayesha Dutt wife Jackie Shroff, was released after it was a failure. Purana Mandir was his first commercial success in a leading role, but it wasn't yet a B grade film. Hum Saath-Saath Hain, 1999, is considered to be the film that changed Bahl's career. He has appeared in more than 100 films and has been nominated for two Filmfare Awards.
