Kim Kyu Jong (born February 24, 1987) is a South Korean comedian, actor, and a founding member of boyband SS501. Kim left DSP Media, who managed him as part of SS501, in 2010 and joined B2M Entertainment, with bandmate Heo Young-Saeng, to pursue his solo career.
He appeared in Goong: Musical on July 23, 2012, when he first appeared in Lee Shin's lead role and his debut as a public service service soldier.
Personal life
During the time Kim was still serving in the military, news about him were limited to his followers, and his personal handwritten letters to his supporters to display his love and admiration. Career
Kim Kyu Jong was born in Jeonju, Jeollabuk-do, South Korea, on February 24, 1987. Kim Eun-ah, his parents, and his younger sister Kim Eun-ah make up his family.
He studied at Baekje Arts College and applied music.
Kim Kyu Jong debuted on SS501 on June 8, 2005, along with their debut album titled Warning. Snow Prince's second mini album was released in late 2005, five months after their debut. They also established their official fan club name, "Triple S," and its color, pearl green, during this period. The organization gained a following right away as they received numerous rookie awards right away after launching the company.
On May 11, 2006, he began his acting career with a role in Mnet hip-hop's "Break" (Mnet hip-hop music drama Break. Kim, along with the members of SS501, except for Heo Young-Saeng, who was recovering from the injury, lent their voices to the Korean version of Pi's Story, which was released in 2006.

Kim appeared on MBC's God Of Cookery Expedition on November 21, 2008. SS501 unveiled All My Love, Solo Collection, Rebirth, and Destination continuously from 2009-2010, the company's longest-servation period. "Never Let You Go" Kim wrote the lyrics for his solo album "Never Let You Go" as well as the lyrics for his portion of "I can Only Sing." Peas is a song written for their fans.

On cable television channel CSTV, Kim Kyu Jong was cast in the 36-part weekend drama Saving Madame Go Bong Shil. Nicky, the aspiring musical actor, appeared on his debut in acting. He appeared alongside other Korean and Japanese artists at the Seoul Music Festival 2011 in Saitama, Japan, on November 9, 2011.
Kim will complete his compulsory military service in July, according to reports in June 2012.
