Clarke was born in Enfield, England, as Kacey Louisa Barnfield, a partner of the Enfield estate firm Barnfield's, and Karen. She has a brother and a sister. Clarke is Victoria Shalet's second cousin. Clarke divides her time between London and Los Angeles, with a base in both cities.
Career
Barnfield began acting at the age of nine in 1997. Barnfield played bully Maddie Gilks in Grange Hill, where she played a key role in central plots during her four-years on the series; it was Clarke's first major acting debut.
