Jan Lamb Hoi-fong (born 28 January 1967) is a Hong Kong DJ, singer, and actor.
Lamb is Jerry Lamb's elder brother and younger brother of singer and radio presenter Sandy Lamb.
During the late 1980s, he formed Softhard, a comedic musical duo with fellow actor and comedian Eric Kot.

He is alumnus of St. Teresa's College in Hong Kong and St Joseph's College.

Career
He is one of the DJ's for Commercial Radio 2 (CR2), and he has hosted several commercial radio stations since the 1990s. On a Clear Day, his most popular one is on a 2-hour morning show on CR2, which airs from 8 to 10. Jan Lamb, Ken Yuen, and Michelle Lo are the hosts of this two-hour program.
Jan's 2005 run-up comedy series () all sold out. Jan has also released a new song album, which has gone to such an extent that he has been nominated for the Chik Chak 903 (903) award. He also wrote several parody songs and used them in his comedy routines.
