Jamie Luner Life

Jamie Michelle Luner (born May 12, 1971) is an American actress who rose to fame on ABC's Just the Ten of Us, but she is perhaps best known for her appearance as Lexi Sterling on Melrose Place.

Rachel Burke also appeared on television in Profiler's final season.

Liza Colby appeared on ABC's All My Children from April 2009 to its final episode on September 23, 2011.

Luner is also well-known for her lead roles in several Lifetime films.

Early life

Luner was born in Palo Alto, California, an wealthy suburb in San Francisco Bay, California, and Stuart Luner, a sales representative. She was raised in a Jewish family and has an older brother, David.

Personal life

Luner first met John Braz, a personal trainer, in 1995. In 1999, the friendship came to an end.

Luner was accused of heroin use and filming a sexual encounter with Anthony Oliver, who had been 16 years old at the time of the 1998 shooting in February. Luner was reportedly given whiskey and methamphetamines in the case. However, Oliver was listed in California as a vexatious litigator after having burdened the court system by submitting 27 frivolous federal claims in an eight-year period, according to a New York Post article published on April 4, 2018. As a result, he could not continue with any court filings without a judge's permission.

The Anthony Oliver case was dismissed on August 6, 2018 based on the statute of limitations. The judge emphasized the fact that the plaintiff had waited 20 years to file the complaint, well before the time had passed without a legal basis for the lawsuit. Luner's team argued that not only had the legal requirements not fulfilled, but that the plaintiff's allegations were actually part of an extortion attempt, which was also consistent with a history of baseless lawsuits. Nonetheless, the dismissal was appealed on February 2, 2019. Oliver, a one-time mayoral candidate in Savannah, Georgia, was sentenced to 20 years in jail on stalking charges in October.
