Career
McMullen made his television debut on Channel 4's soap opera Brookside as Josh McLoughlin, ranging from 2002 to the show's final episode in November 2003. He received two British Soap Awards for his part in the show; the first for Best Newcomer and the second for Best On-Screen Partnership with co-star Sarah White.
