Harris Allan (born February 11, 1985) is a Canadian actor and recording artist. Allan was born in Regina, Saskatchewan.

He attended Lord Roberts Elementary and King George Secondary School in Vancouver, B.C. Allan began his professional life in Vancouver at the age of 12 as a guest star in the television show The New Addams Family.

In three episodes of the CBC series Cold Squad, he played a ruthless murderer at 15 years old.

He has appeared in Smallville and in The 4400. Allan appeared on Showtime's hit Queer as Folk, where he portrayed James ("Hunter") Montgomery from 2003 to 2005, where the program came to a close end.

Colin Farrell and Sissy Spacek appear in A Home at the End of the World.

Allan appeared in the 2006 film Final Destination 3, was a guest star on the showtime television series Masters of Horror, and he appeared in Nickelodeon's 2009 film Spectacular. Allan's musical career began as a kid, and he was lead singer and guitarist for Square 9.

The group toured and around Vancouver, and in January 2006, Mushroom Studios released an EP. Allan began his solo music career as a hip hop/rap recording and performance artist. Fallan Soldier: 2007 – Allan began his solo music career.
