She began to be known for her appearance in High Kick: Revenge of the Short Legged (2011–2012) and rose to fame for her role in Empress Ki (2013).

Personal life

Baek Jin-Hee is the eldest of two sisters.

Career

Baek Jin-hee began her performing after being spotted on the streets by a talent agent. She has since appeared in Bandhobi (2009), where she plays a rebellious girl who befriends a Bangladeshi migrant worker; and the sex comedy Foxy Festival (2010), where she plays a young woman selling her used underwear.

Baek later appeared in the sitcom High Kick: Revenge of the Short Legged (2011-2012), where he was a new graduate looking for a job. The series was well-known, and it brought her celebrity to a greater audience. In a fusion historical drama Jeon Woo-chi and romance drama Pots of Gold, there were supporting roles.

Baek appeared in Empress Ki (2013-2014) as the villainous empress Tanashiri (Danashiri). She later appeared as an orphanage casino dealer in melodrama Triangle (2014) and a passionate litigator in Pride and Prejudice (2014).

Baek appeared in My Daughter, Geum Sa-wol, in 2015, a smash and brought national television audience of 33.6 percent.

Baek was one of the leading actors in the disaster drama Missing 9 and the office comedy film Jugglers in 2017.

In the third installment of the Let's Eat franchise, Baek was cast as the female protagonist. She appeared in the webtoon-based romantic comedy comedy drama Feel Good to Die the same year.
