Robbins, brother Ted Robbins and sisters Jane, Emma and Kate Robbins were among her guests who appeared in numerous episodes in this episode.

She then started to train at RADA.

Robbins played Police Sergeant Rachel James in the BBC One hospital drama Casualty for one series before landing her role as Dr Jill Weatherill in The Royal. Robbins appeared in the BAFTA-nominated television film 'My Beautiful Son,' portraying Maureen opposite Julie Walters.

Mrs Johnstone appeared in Blood Brothers from 1 August 2011 to the end of January 2012 at the Phoenix Theatre in London. She appeared in several other stage productions, including A Day in the Death of Joe Egg, at The Accrington Pals.

Robbins appeared in A Celebration of Youth in the Arts with RADA in 2011, playing Lady Capulet alongside actors Anne Reid and Bryony Hannah.
