Club career
After playing for Club de Regatas Lima, Corzo came to Alianza Lima, when Jaime Duarte noticed him. Richard Páez recruited him to the first team in 2008. In Matute, he made his official debut against Sport Boys. Corzo was a regular in the first 11 games, and he saved Alianza from being in the second division.
On January 7, 2010 he committed to Universidad San Martn de Porres for two years.
International career
He was a member of Peru's U-20 team in the 2009 South American Youth Championship, but was quickly dropped after losing four games.
He was called by then-current coach Jose 'Chemo' del Solar to play a friendly against El Salvador losing 1–0 on February 2nd.
Sergio Markarian, the Peruvian national team's new coach, wanted to give Corzo a chance to participate in a friendly against Senegal in June 2011. The friendly took place in Lima on June 28th, 2011 — the last friendly before the Copa América was underway. Corzo played the entire match against Senegal, which resulted in a 1–0 victory in favor of Peru.
Markarian was convinced by his consistent results to keep him in Peru's squad for the 2011 Copa América. He made his Copa America debut by beginning against Chile in the group competition. Despite the loss, Corzo put in a good showing at left behind by not allowing Chile, with Alexis, to score. In the third round, his second game in the Copa America came against Venezuela. Corzo started from the beginning of the game and put on another good showing this time at right back. He earned the bronze medal by beating Peru 4–1. This is (coupled with the 2015 Copa América) Peru's best result in the Copa America since they last won Gold in 1975.
He was selected in Peru's provisional 24 man squad for the 2018 World Cup in Russia in May 2018.
