At 35 years old, Trisha Paytas has this physical status:
Paytas began doing lingerie modeling and worked as a stripper and an escort to assist herself after relocating to Los Angeles to pursue acting. She appeared on various television shows, including attempting and failing to crack the fastest-talker record on Guinness World Records Unleashed, as well as The Greg Behrendt Show and Who Wants to Be a Superhero.
Paytas began her YouTube channel in 2007. It was initially dedicated to movie director Quentin Tarantino, whom Paytas adored, but Paytas soon began to concentrate on other types of videos right after being introduced. Paytas' main feature on the channel is fashion, beauty, and relationship advice.
Paytas appeared in a My Strange Addiction episode in 2010 as a self-admitted tanning addict, despite being aware of the risk of skin cancer in some. Paytas appeared in a number of music videos by various artists, including Eminem, Amy Winehouse, and The All-American Rejects.
Paytas made a number of trolling videos from 2013 to 2017, which she told Business Insider as a way to "dumb myself down" in order to gain more attention and views. It was reported in videos that dogs do not have brains or that she was voting for Mitt Romney, the 2012 Republican nominee for President of the United States. Paytas began releasing widely circulated mukbang sessions and eating-challenge videos in 2014. Paytas and her mother played in an episode of the television game show Celebrity Name Game in September 2014.

Paytas began performing her songs on her own headlining tour, The Heartbreak Tour.
Paytas launched Frenemies on YouTube in September 2020 with fellow YouTuber Ethan Klein. The show addressed recent happenings in the social media world. Paytas and Klein were cohosts on Frenemies until June 2021, when Paytas left Frenemies and the show came to an end.

Trisha Paytas & Jason Nash's Breakup Is STILL Playing Out -- New Confessions And Revelations On What Actually Lead To Their Split Revealed!
This YouTube breakup is still going on. We know, it’s A LOT. To catch you up, one of our faves — Trisha Paytas — has been going through a sad split with ex-BF Jason Nash. It’s been played out in videos, on Instagram, and Twitter, with many fans taking sides. In her first video, Trish confessed she broke up with Jason because he called her fat with no remorse, and she could not get past it. Related: You Need To See This Trisha Music Video! He fired back, saying he has always loved her body, even issuing an apology video during VidCon explaining his side of the situation. The entire breakup and series of videos are honestly more nuanced than that, but to save time we’ll be providing an abridged version of what transpired next. Over the weekend, Trisha posted a 37 minute video (above) explaining that they’ve texted and she now knows the root of their problems — Jason has food issues and she was hard to be around because of her unhealthy eating habits. The vid is lengthy but worth the watch if you’re a fan, because it really clicks with Trisha. Now… after that was uploaded, Jason issued a response. In the video, he talks about his ex-wife (who Trish mentioned above), how the blonde stunner was great with his kids, all the hateful comments he’s been receiving, and how Paytas ordering chicken parmesan at 11 p.m. for a mukbang really affected him: You lost too, LOLz? We watched all the videos and we’re STILL confused. Mind you, Jason is in Boston for his sister’s wedding and had to step away to record this car confession. On Sunday, Trish made another response video, clocking in at 40 mins. In this clip, she shows chicken parm receipts, talks couples therapy, and seemingly responded to all inaccuracies in Jason’s last upload: Finally, Trish uploaded the infamous FULL chicken parmesan mukbang: Addressing all the drama on Twitter, Trisha shared:
In the grand scheme of things the reason for our breakup seems ridiculous to most. But like we got food issues and together we just are too destructive. Lol. This is my first breakup over food but hopefully can laugh about it later ? 🤷ðŸ¼â€â™€ï¸ðŸ˜‚💔😪ðŸ•ðŸ¥ªðŸ”ðŸŒðŸŸðŸðŸðŸ < chicken parm — Trisha Paytas (@trishapaytas) June 25, 2018
