He is the bassist of the rock band Hedley.
Personal life
Outside of the band, Mac had opened up his own studio called The Beat Lab Studio. It was revealed that in 2011, Tommy Mac was diagnosed with an undisclosed form of cancer, in the second stage of the disease. He underwent treatment and is in good health today.
Career
Mac revealed in an interview that he was in "Jar" before joining Hedley. Mac was also involved in groups like BigFATScratch and Loco. Mac was a member of Everything After with Dave Rosin and Chris Crippin, who would later join Hedley.
Tommy Mac was hired as the bassist for Hedley. On My Own, the group's debut single, debuted at number one on the Canadian Singles Chart. During his time with the band, they have released 7 albums, but Cageless has received their certificates of gold.
