Susan Jean Silver (born July 17, 1958) is an American music manager best known for directing Seattle Rock bands like Soundgarden, Alice in Chains, and Screaming Trees.

Personal life
Silver began dating Chris Cornell, the lead vocalist of Soundgarden, a band that Silver started a year later, and the pair married in 1990. From Cornell's debut solo album Euphoria Morning for Silver, he wrote the song "Moonchild." Lillian Jean, the couple's first and only child, was born in June 2000. In 2004, the couple divorced. Silver says, "Moment and dance [for the past 25 years] makes me physically better, but it also lifts me emotionally in a profound way."
