Shannon Kook is a South African actor who first rose to fame after being cast in Being Erica in 2009. He made his cameo appearances on The Border and Cra$h & Burn before he came to fame. His best breakthrough came as he was cast in another Canadian drama television series Degrassi: The Next Generation and as Duncan on Netflix's hit supernatural drama series Shadowhunters for two episodes in 2017.
