Rohit Chand Career

Club career

Machhindra Football Club was Chand's first professional club in Nepal's top flight. Chand's play earned him four Man of the Match awards throughout the league season, and his playing at the back was one of Machhindra's season's highlights. The young stopper has led a defense that doesn't leak too many goals, but he also poses a threat when he moves up the field. Chand had demonstrated his leadership abilities and captained Machhindra. For his outstanding performance during the 2067B.S., he was given the Best defender of the year award. (2010-2011) The league season was marked by a run in 2010-2011. Machhindra FC has also reached the semifinals of the British Gurkha Cup this season.

Chand had signed a 6-month deal with the club after trying his luck in Europe on January 2nd, 2012. Chand scored a hat-trick in an I-League match in April, but his team lost the match despite his best efforts. And his efforts were not enough to prevent HAL from relegating in the I-League. After being relegated from the top tier of I-League, HAL SC's deal came to an end in 2012.

Rohit Chand appeared in a trial at Arema, Indonesia, where he was able to put on an average result, despite the fact that he was not selected by the team. Later, he was signed by another Indonesian group, PPS Pekanbaru, for a ten-month contract.

He signed a 5-month deal with Perpetreiro, Indonesia's Persija Jakarta, in the Indonesia Super League in May 2013. He was then nominated for the Young Player of the Year award for the same season in the Indonesian league. After his best result, he returned to his best performance. Rohit has signed a new two-year contract with the club, and he will remain in Persija until the end of 2022.

Rohit has been training with the club for more than one and a half months beginning on December 25th, 2013. Like Indian Goalkeeper Subrata Paul, he was given 6 months to work on the reserved team. Rohit's boss, Rabindra Chand, turned down the bid and transferred Rohit to an ISL team.

Rohit joined Malaysian Outfit T-Team FC in January 2016 and has been in a year contract.

Chand had returned to Perse Jakarta, Indonesia, after a brief spell for local Nepalese team Manang Marshyangdi.

After an end-of-life with Persija Jakarta, I am referring to the article. Persik Kediri, another Indonesian club, has been signed.

International career

Chand is the youngest player to play a full senior level tournament for Nepal, making his debut against Palestine in the AFC on March 23 (22 days) that was later broken by Bimal Gharti Magar. He has appeared in various age groups (U-17 and U-19 age). Rohit was named vice-captain of the national team in 2015.
