Karki appeared in Bhulne Po Ho Ki, a small film venture in the United States. In Jholay, she was later portrayed as a prostitute, opposite Dayahang Rai. Jholay's box office earned more than $10 million. She appeared alongside Sauram Raj Tuladhar and Saugat Malla in the gangster-aware Sadanga in 2015, which was applauded by the audience. Nai Nabannu La 2 opposite Suraj Singh Thakuri, which grossed over four million NPR, was Suraj Singh Thakuri's next big launch. She has appeared in several music videos, including 'Guras Fulyo Banai Bhari' by Kishor Siwakoti and Asha Bhosle.

Karki's appearances in Jholay and Nai Na Bhannu La 2 earned her the Online Filmykhabar Award for Best Actor in a Supporting Role (Female) and INFA Best Actor in a Supporting Role (Female).
