Philippe Streiff (born June 26, 1955) is a retired French racing driver.
He appeared in 55 Formula One Grands Prix, debuting on October 21, 1984.
He earned one podium finish and totaled 11 championship points. Even if the accident itself was so serious that the roll-bar broke on impact, he was left a quadriplegic and thus in need of a wheelchair. In early 1994, Streiff made an attempt to buy Ligier in collaboration with Hughes de Chaunac.
The bid was backed by the Renault-powered Williams F1 crew, who planned to turn Ligier into a 'junior' team.
The bid was in vain. Luc Costermans, a Belgian who had broken the World blind road speed record in late 2008, dedicated his achievement to Streiff.
