Pallavi Subhash Shirke (born 9 June 1984) is an Indian film and television actress.

A Maharashtrian model turned actress began her career with Marathi plays, films, and TV shows, later appearing in Hindi television shows.

She's the only one Marathi actress to have worked not only in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada but also in SriLangankan terms.

Pallavi received a Golden Petal Award in 2016 as Dharma in Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat.

Pallavii Shirke wanted to study law and become an advocate for her grandfather, but she was given by director Kedar Shinde to appear in the Marathi play Tu Tu Mee Mee, and from here her television career began. She appeared in numerous Marathi plays, films, advertisements, and television shows. On ETV Marathi and Adhuri Ek Kahani on Zee Marathi, she appeared in the Marathi serials Char Divas Sasuche. Subhash debuted with the Hindi serial Tumhari Disha. She was discovered by Ekta Kapoor in the series and was eventually chosen for the upcoming Hindi serial, Karam Apnaa produced by Balaji Telefilms in 2006. She starred in this film as Gauri, a middle-class Bengali girl, and was nominated for the Indian Telly Award for Fresh New Face in 2007.

Subhash made her Telugu debut in 2016 when she appeared alongside Sumanth and Tanikella Bharani in Mallik Ram's romantic comedy film Naruda Donoruda. This film is a Telugu remake of 2012 Hindi film Vicky Donor's.

Subhash made her debut in Sinhala language in 2018 and appeared in her first title role opposite Indian actor Arpit Choudhary in Prof. Sunil Ariyaratne's film Bimba Devi Alias Yashodhara. Prof. Ariyaratne's film is a Sri Lankan Sinhala language, epic, biographical drama written and directed by him. Princess Yaodhar's life is chronicled in this historical biographical film, as the wife of Prince Siddhartha. Subhash was honoured with a Distinguished Achievement Award at the Annual Gala Dinner and Awards nights of SAFAL 2018 in Sydney, Australia, on October 12, 2018. She is the only Marathi actress to have worked in not only south Indian languages but also in Sinhala script. At the Seventh Derana Lux Film Awards in 2019, this film received the award for the Best Grossing Film of the Year 2018 in Sri Lanka.

In the Marathi film Miranda House, directed by Rajendra Talak, Subhash appeared alongside Milind Gunaji and Sainkeet Kamat in 2019.
