Early life

Moses Storm was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan, as one of six children of missionary parents. Storm and his siblings were born on a converted Greyhound bus at the age of two. Moses was mostly homeschooled by his mother. He followed Conan O'Brien from a young age by recording the episodes over Christian learning video tapes.

Storm attended one semester of community college for video production, but the program was interrupted. Recognizing his abilities as a performer, he moved to Los Angeles and took up a cleaning job. He claims he became a comedian after learning he was "good at nothing else."
