Professional career
Willis was signed by the Baltimore Ravens as an undrafted rookie free agent on May 4, 2007. He appeared in five games for 11 yards in his rookie year as well as some time on defense, making one tackle. On September 17, 2008, he was suspended from the team's practice squad to make room for defensive tackle J'Vonne Parker.
Willis was admitted to the Denver Broncos' practice squad on December 23, 2008, and remained there until the season's end.
Willis was suspended during final cuts on September 5 and re-signed to the team's practice squad the following year. Since offensive tackle Herb Taylor was suspended, he was activated to the active roster on January 1, 2010.
Willis sustained a fractured foot while playing against the New York Jets on October 17, 2010 and was released on the season-ending Injured Reserve.
