Personal life
Silvia Mores and Alfredo Fabbiani are Mariana Fabbiani's parents. She is the niece of singer Nito Mores' niece and nephew, as well as the grandson and composer Mariano Mores. Paola is the sister of Paola.
She maintained a link with Gastón Portal, the son of Ral Portal, beginning in 1996. They were married on March 15, 2003. In April 2005, the pair announced their separation.

Career
Mariana Fabbiani began her career as an advertising model in Argentina and then moved to Chile and Mexico in 1988. In 1993, she appeared in Luis Miguel's music video "Suave." She began her television career in 1994 as an actress on Son de Diez, and in 1996 she appeared on Mi family es un dibujo and Monta rusa.
She anchored Perpetros pecados (PNP), a youth entertainment show on Ral Portal, from 1997 to 1998 by Channel 13 and 2001 by Telefe.
