According to PATRICK MARMION, Dreams is a musical midlife crisis that pays a fitting tribute to Roy Orbison

www.dailymail.co.uk, July 28, 2023
MARMION MERCUCK: Roy Orbison was a rock'n'roll ventriloquist. It was amazing how little the Big O, as they referred to him, had to open his mouth to produce the sonic boom. It was as if the man had recently undergone root-canal surgery, but it might also be able to blow the wigs off a stage. So the big challenge for Orbison's latest Orbison jukebox musical, led by American actress and singer Lena Hall (left), was that it would live up to the extraordinary voice. The Max Martin catalogue musical & Juliet's writer David West Read has written a book that reads "too transparent" on our tear ducts. Well, Orbison himself may have stated it in regard of Hall and the cast's mighty singing: they've got it.

Sean Bean, 63, is facing criticism after saying that intimacy specialists''spoil' sex scenes

www.dailymail.co.uk, August 10, 2022
After speaking out in a recent interview with The Times, Game of Thrones actor Jameel Jamil and West Side Story's Rachel Zegler (pictured right) from New Jersey, was chastised by his upcoming series Marriage (pictured left and top inset). Following the #MeToo campaign, intimacy coaches were mainly introduced to shield actresses and played a vital part in the creation of tense sex scenes for hit dramas such as Bridgerton and Normal People. On Twitter, Bean responded, saying that 'intimacy coordinationators create an environment of security for actors,' and that the Sheffield native needs to 'wake up.' I was deeply grateful for the one we had on [West Side Story], and they treated a newcomer like myself and educated those around me with years of experience.' Spontaneity in intimate scenes can be dangerous.'
