Kristian-Joy Alfonso (born September 5, 1963) is an American actress, former figure skater, and fashion model.
She is best known for her appearance on Hope Williams Brady, which she has played on the NBC dramatic series Days of Our Lives since 1983.

Kristian-Joy Alfonso was born on September 5, 1963, in Brockton, Massachusetts, United States. She is an Italian-American; her grandparents are from Sicily and Calabria. Kristian Alfonso was born to her parents Gino and Joanne. Lisa is Lisa's older sister.

Career
She began her career as a figure skater and gold medalist at the Junior Olympic Figure Skating Championships. Alfonso began modeling at the age of 13. By the time she was 15, she had appeared in over 30 publications, including Vogue and Harper's Bazaar. In 1981, she was first seen on television playing opposite Rock Hudson in the television film The Starmaker.
Alfonso's career began in May 1983, when she landed the starring role of Hope Williams on the soap opera Days of Our Lives. Hope's character was developed in a popular pairing with Bo Brady (played by Peter Reckell). In 1985, she received an Emmy Award for Outstanding Younger Actress in a Drama Series.
Alfonso left in 1987, returning in 1990 for a short period and then full-time in 1994. The entire cast of Days of Our Lives had been suspended from service in November 2019. In February 2020, Alfonso returned to the soapbox.
