King Donovan (January 25, 1918 – June 30, 1987) was an American film, stage, and television actor as well as a film and television producer.
Early years
Donovan was born in Manhattan on January 25, 1918. His parents, who travelled around the United States, were vain, and when he turned three weeks old, he began traveling with them. He attended Mt. Joseph School in Buffalo, New York, from the eighth grade, after which he went to work, he went back to work. In his teen years at the Butler Davenport Theater, he made his acting debut.
Personal life and death
Donovan was married and had three children before 1960. Imogene Coca married Imogene Coca on October 17, 1960, and he stayed married to her until he died of cancer on June 30, 1987.
