Jonathan Mangum (born January 16, 1971) is an American actor and comedian.

He appeared on the variety show The Wayne Brady Show and is the announcer for the game show Let's Make a Deal.

Early life

Mangum was born in Charleston, South Carolina, and he grew up in Mobile, Alabama. He went to Orlando and graduated with a degree in psychology from the University of Central Florida after high school. Mangum began his comedy career at the SAK Comedy Lab with Wayne Brady, whom he would later collaborate with in Drew Carey's Improv-A-Ganza, The Wayne Brady Show, and Let's Make a Deal while in Orlando. In 1995, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in comedy.

Mangum is married to Leah Stanko, a casting director; the pair have two sons.

On The Drew Carey Show, Mangum appeared in many episodes as the CEO of a web-based start-up business. He has appeared with Drew Carey's Improv All-Stars, establishing himself as an improv comedian and also a regular cast member on Drew Carey's Green Screen Exhibition. Brady and Brady appeared in the British comedy series Fast and Loose, a British comedy series that is similar to Whose Line Is It Anyway? at the start of 2011. He appeared in Drew Carey's Improv-a-ganza and appeared in improvisational singing competitions, as well as co-stars Jeff Davis and Chip Esten. He is also one of the first guests on the revived CW's Whose Line is it Anyway? It all started in the summer of 2013.

Mangum introduced Ujokes, a comedy game show starring two professional comedians, on March 27, 2020. Contestants participate in mini-games and see who has the funniest joke, which is determined by the audience. The audience will be able to participate with their own parody, and the audience will be invited to attend a segment next week. Every Monday, Twitch and YouTube stream the show.

Mangum appeared on ER, Reno 911!, and Just Shoot Me! Mangum has appeared in over 100 national American commercials in addition to his television and on stage appearances.
