Personal life
On February 19, 2018, Chopra married Hitisha Cheranda, his long-time girlfriend, in a private ceremony. In 2020, they became parents of a boy.
Career
Chopra appeared in the Tamil film Ottran in 2003, and on Star Plus, he appeared in the TV series Saara Akaash and Karma. He appeared on the reality TV dance show Nach Baliye 2 in 2006, and in 2008, he appeared in the first season of another dance competition, Zara Nachke Dikha. He appeared in the Hollywood film Blood Diamond in 2006 and appeared on Aisa Des Hai Mera as Samay Khurana. He portrayed Raghuvendra Prathore in the Colors TV soap opera Uttaran and received the Colors Golden Petal Awards-Most Dumdar Personality award in 2012 for his role. He was seen in the gangster film Rangdari, which was released in April 2013.
He appeared on the Georgian version of international dance reality show Dancing with the Stars in April 2016, where he was selected as a cultural ambassador. It was revealed that he had dropped out after six weeks after a sudden halt of six weeks because of a prior commitment.
He was evicted on 1 January 2017 after participating in the tenth season of Bigg Boss in 2016.
