Ellen Meriam Go Adarna (born April 2, 1988) is a Filipino actress and the sole daughter of a Filipina-Chinese mother and Spanish father.

A chain of motels in Cebu, Manila, and Davao owns various hotels, resorts, condominiums, and Queensland.

They also own a Temple named after her late grandmother.

She started as a model who rose to fame on the internet.

She has been working with ABS-CBN's Star Magic since 2013.

Early life

Adarna was born in Cebu to a wealthy Chinese-Spanish-Filipino family. She is the eldest of five siblings in the United States. She completed her primary and secondary education at Saint Theresa's College of Cebu, the country's largest all-girls' Catholic academy. Adarna joined the Business Administration but she dropped out in her sophomore year. She graced the pages of Candy magazine for 2005 and 2006. Adarna briefly worked as a secretary at her dad's firm before transferring Cebu to Manila to pursue a life in the limelight.

Adarna made her acting debut on the Philippine television's longest-running gag show Bubble Gang, where she appeared as a regular until 2013. The series was well-received by the public, and it received several awards, including Best Gag Television series. Meanwhile, she made her first appearance in Si Agimat at si Enteng Kabisote (2010), playing only in a minor role. Since being a part of Captain Barbell's (2011) cast members Richard Gutierrez and Jillian Ward, her career went into expansion. Adarna became a participant of the Survivor Philippines: Celebrity Doubles Showdown (2011) shortly after Captain Barbell came home. She appeared in the film as herself and as one of the castaways. Tween Academy: Class of 2012 (2011), she made a cameo in the teen-oriented comedy drama film Tween Academy: a Comedian of 2011 (2011). Adarna appeared in Barbie Forteza, Bea Binene, Jake Vargas, and the likes, and GMA Films produced the film.

Adarna officially became a Kapamilya celebrity after signing a 3 year deal with Star Magic. She made her ABS-CBN debut on Thursday as a contestant of the singing competition game show The Singing Bee (2014) and began performing on ASAP (2014–present). Adarna appeared on several interview shows, including The Buzz (2014), as a new transferee. Vice President Gandang Gabi later appeared on Vice Ganda's talk show Gandang Gabi, Vice. (2014).

Adarna appeared in the science fiction romance television series Moon of Desire (2014) for her first Kapamilya teleserye. Adarna played Tamara Herrera, the main antagonist. The series premiered on ABS-CBN's Kapamilya Gold afternoon block on March 31, 2014 and concluded on August 15, 2014 with a total of 97 episodes. Adarna appeared in the film Meg Imperial, JC de Vera, and Dominic Roque. Adarna appeared in My Illegal Wife, the comedy romantic film about Moon of Desire. Star Cinema made the film. Adarna appeared in Beauty in a Bottle (2014) with Angelica Panganiban and Angeline Quinto.

Pasión de Gavilanes, a critically acclaimed primetime drama, debuted in June 2015 in the Philippines, a Philippine revival and reimaginal of the 2003 Columbian erotic drama Pasión de Gavilanes. She starred opposite leading men Jake Cuenca, Ejay Falcon, and Joseph Marco on the television showdown. Adarna was paired up with Ejay Falcon, and the two made national news as Sari (Adarna) and Oscar (Falcon). In February 2016, the series came to an end. Adarna was part of You're Still the One, the woman who Jojo (Dennis Trillo) is engaged to while doing Pasión de Amor.

Adarna appeared in The Greatest Love (2016), a sequel to Ejay Falcon's second series together, while Ejay Falcon appeared in The Greatest Love. Gloria (Sylvia Sanchez) recalls her time with Peter (Ejay Falcon) because of the effects of her Alzheimer's disease, she played the role of a teenager Gloria who appears in flashbacks. Adarna joined Langit Lupa, playing Isa Sobrevista, the main antagonist. She is now on hiatus since 2018.
