Devon Edward Sawa (born September 7, 1978) is a Canadian actor.
He started acting as a youth, appearing in the films Little Giants (1994), Casper (1995), Now and then (1995), Wild America (1996), and Final Destination (2000). He appeared in the comedy horror film Idle Hands with Jessica Alba in 1999.

Early life
Sawa was born in Vancouver, in 1978, the son of Joyce and Edward Sawa, a mechanic. He has two older siblings. His father is Polish, and his mother is "a little bit of everything."
Personal life
Sawa is married to Canadian producer Dawni Sahanovitch. In 2013, they wept. They have two children together, a son born in 2014 and a daughter born in 2016.

Career
Sawa began his career in 1992 as a children's right toy spokesman. He made his film debut in Little Giants in 1994 and received acclaim for his role as a human boy in Casper the following year. Sawa played Scott Wormer, the town bully, in Now and Then. Sawa appeared in Wild America, Idle Hands, and Final Destination. Sawa appeared in the title role of Eminem's "Stan" on television in 2000. In Spider-Man: The New Animated Series, Sawa later did voice acting, voicing Flash Thompson. Sawa continued to work in the 2000s and appeared in several independent films, including Extreme Dating, Shooting Gallery, Devil's Den, Creature Of Shadow, Endure, 388, The Philly Kid, and A Resurrection.
Owen Elliott was portrayed in the role of Owen Elliott on the CW's action drama series Nikita in 2010.
