Dean-Charles Chapman (born 7 September 1997) is an English actor best known for his portrayal of Billy Elliot in Billy Elliot's West End stage performance.
He starred as Stanley Brown in Stanley Brown's CBBC sitcom The Revolting World of Stanley Brown, and he appeared as Tommen Baratheon in the fourth, fifth, and sixth seasons of HBO's Game of Thrones.
In the AMC martial arts drama Into the Badlands, he appeared as Castor.

Chapman was born in Romford and raised in Essex. At the age of four, he began acting as a child actor.

Career
Chapman was first introduced in Billy Elliot the Musical as "Small Boy" and later moved to Michael and then the titular role, becoming the second longest running cast actor in the production at eight years old. During his time in Billy Elliot, he worked alongside Tom Holland, the British Prime Minister, and several other young actors in the production.
Chapman appeared in the lead role on CBBC's The Revolting World of Stanley Brown shortly after leaving Billy Elliot, alongside future Game of Thrones and Blinded co-star Nell Williams. The show lasted for a season. Before I Go to Sleep, he made his film debut in the 2014 film Before I Go to Sleep, starring Nicole Kidman and Colin Firth.
Callum Wharry was replaced by Callum Wharry in the main role of Tommen Baratheon, the young king of Westeros, in the third, fifth, and sixth seasons of the series. He was nominated for a Screen Actor Guild Award alongside the rest of the cast.
