Career
In Los Angeles, Matarazzo, he appeared in a series of festival circuit short films that premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival and Cannes Film Festival. He went on to appear in a number of television shows, including HBO's Girls, MTV's Faking It, Criminal Minds on CBS, and Speechless on ABC.
Matarazzo tried to join Teen Wolf in 2016, but he did not get the part for which he read. Jeff Davis, a Teen Wolf executive producer, called the actor to inform him that they wanted Matarazzo for a three-episode arc two weeks later.
