Personal life
Conrad trains in kickboxing, wrestling, and Jiu-Jitsu; he has a purple belt in Machado Jiu-Jitsu.
Career
Conrad spent a year at the Piven Theatre Workshop, then signed with an agent and moved to Los Angeles with his brother Steven, who was selling the script for Wrestling Ernest Hemingway. In Airborne and The Next Karate Kid, he appeared in his early film roles. In the 1998 film Young Hercules, in which he appeared in 37 episodes as Young Jason, he made his breakthrough television appearance.
Conrad graduated from Florida Atlantic with a bachelor's degree in history in 2000, returning to Florida to complete college. He taught high school and coached football before returning to Los Angeles in 2005 to pursue acting. With one-time appearances in Bones and Criminal Minds, he returned to television.

Conrad was originally cast as Adrian Chase/ Vigilante for the HBO Max streaming series Peacemaker, the first DC Extended Universe television show.
