Early life and education
Randolph was born in Orange County, California, to parents Matt Randolph and Amy McCleary. Michelle, an actress and model signed to Wilhelmina Models, and Landon are her eldest of three siblings; her younger siblings include Michelle, an actress and model signed to Wilhelmina Models. Randolph grew up in Walnut Creek, California, where she graduated from Berea High School; Randolph attended Biola University in 2016, graduating with a degree in communication sciences and disorders. She began teaching at the Huntington Beach Union High School District as a substitute ESL instructor. In 2021, she will graduate with a master's degree in speech pathology from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire.

Randolph dated professional basketball player Caelan Tiongson for five years. Randolph was in a relationship with Bachelor actor Colton Underwood from November 2018 to May 2020. Randolph obtained a restraining order against Underwood, alleging that he stalked her outside her Los Angeles apartment and her parents' Huntington Beach house, as well as installing a tracking unit underneath her vehicle on September 11, 2020. The judge suspended the restraining order at a hearing on October 6 until further court hearings on November 6. Randolph was going to request a police report about the tracking device installed on her vehicle, claiming that Underwood had planted it on her car the same day.
Career
Randolph began her work in reality television in 2016, appearing in the reality web series Young Once. Christian students at Biola University, a Christian evangelical university in Southern California, are following the series, which follows abstinence-only laws and prohibits the selling of alcohol and opioids. Season two of the web series began airing at the same time as The Bachelor.
Randolph was cast in season 23 of The Bachelor, starring former professional football player Colton Underwood.
