Career

She appeared in the films Hawks (1988), Nuns on the Run (1990) and King Ralph (1991). In addition to appearing in guest roles in documentaries including Rumpole of the Bailey, A Bit of Fry & Laurie, A Touch of Frost, and BBC's 1997 adaptation of Henry Fielding's novel The History of Tom Jones, a Foundling, she has appeared on British television. Sinchronicity, BBC Three's six-part drama series Sinchronicity (2006), she appeared.

Coduri appeared in the first two seasons of the revived Doctor Who as Jackie Tyler and reprised her role in "Journey's End" (2008) and David Tennant's "The End of Time" (2010). She appeared on The Weakest Link, a Doctor Who-themed episode that first aired on March 30, 2007. She won the game, defeating Noel Clarke (Mickey Smith) in the final round of the tournament, splitting the prize money between multiple sclerosis and child carers evenly.

Coduri appeared in an episode of Ashes to Ashes (April 2010), she was a woman who assists DCI Gene Hunt and DI Alex Drake during an investigation. Shelly appeared on BBC Three's Him & Her in September 2010.

Coduri would reprise her role in the Doctor Who Big Finish Productions audio Infamy of the Zaross, which was released on November 23, 2017. (part of Short Trips, 2018), Jackie Tyler reprised her role as Jackie Tyler in the Big Finish audios on Wednesday. For Beginners (part of The Lives of Captain Jack, 2017), Retail Therapy (part of The Ninth Doctor Chronicles, 2017).
