Early life
Greene was born in Jacksonville, Florida. She is the granddaughter of Michele (née Tatum), who works in insurance, and Joe Greene, a former U.S. Marine who now owns his own concrete company. She grew up in Middleburg and Jacksonville and then attended University Christian School before going to Wolfson High School in tenth grade. At the age of 17, she moved to Los Angeles, California, to pursue an acting career. Greene has an older brother.
Personal life
Greene married Lebanese television announcer Paul Khoury in December 2016. They were married in San Jose, California, on July 6, 2018. Greene and her husband were expecting their first child in March 2022; their daughter was born in September 2022.
Greene is a good friend of her Twilight co-stars, particularly Kellan Lutz and Jackson Rathbone, whom she knew before filming began. Greene has said she grew up watching football and is a Florida Gators fan.
