Aleksandr Kokorin Life

Aleksandr Kokorin (born 19 March 1991) is a Russian footballer who plays for Zenit Saint Petersburg as a forward. He had his breakthrough season in 2012-2013, which culminated in Dynamo Moscow inserting a €19 million release clause into his deal.

Kokorin has played for more than 45 caps and was selected in the Russian squads for Euro 2012, 2014 FIFA World Cup, and Euro 2016.

He was found guilty of "intended infliction of minor harm to health owing to molester motives" in the trial on May 8th.

He was born on September 17th, 2019.

Personal life

He was born Aleksandr Kartashov and changed his surname recently in honor of his mother Maria Kokorina's divorce from his biological father.

In a restaurant, Kokorin and Krasnodar midfielder Pavel Mamayev assaulted a Russian government official. With a chair, the football players struck the official and used racial insults. According to Gazeta, Kokorin and Mamayev were caught on camera in a Moscow cafe shaming the official. According to the publication, a Russian lawyer said that a conviction such as this would result in a maximum prison term of five years. Mamayev, Kokorin, and other young people were involved in an altercation with the host of a Channel One show host; he sustained brain injury, nose fractured, and facial contusions after many punches; hours before the incident, several young people were involved; others young people were involved. Two months ago, Kokorin was banned from returning to prison. Kokorin remained in jail until his trial, which started on April 9, 2019. He was sentenced to one year and six months in prison on May 8. Given the length he was detained in pre-trial detention, the most likely date for his freedom from jail was expected to be December 14th, 2019. On September 17, 2019, he was released.

Club career

On October 4, 2008, Kokorin made his debut for the senior FC Dynamo Moscow team after Dynamo was devastated by injuries and losing to FC Saturn Moscow Oblast 0–1 at halftime when Kokorin came on as a replacement. Kokorin won 2–1 with 18 minutes remaining (Dynamo won 2–1). He became the youngest player to score a goal for Dynamo in the Russian Premier League (17 years 199 days). In his second game as a starter on November 3, 2008, he scored a winning goal in a 1–0 victory over FC Lokomotiv Moscow.

In a 1–0 win over Celtic F.C. on July 29, 2009, he scored the winning goal. In the first leg of their third qualifying round tie in the UEFA Champions League in Glasgow, the two teams met in the first leg.

He made the No. 33 players list at the end of the 2012–2013 season as the No. 33. 1 Left Striker.

After the club had triggered his €19 million release clause, Kokorin decided personal terms with Anzhi Makhachhachhachhachchchhi Makhachchhachhachhachha. He was officially signed by Anzhi and branded as an Anzhi player in the league. However, before he could play a single official game for Anzhi (he was out of commission due to sickness at the time of his signing), the entire team was up for auction, with new signing Kokorin included. Yuri Zhirkov, Igor Denisov, and Kokorin were all transferred to Dynamo for an undisclosed sum the next day.

He went from Dynamo to FC Zenit Saint Petersburg on January 30, 2016.

In a game against FC Amkar Perm on 9 April 2016, Kokorin scored his first goal for Zenit.

Following his release from prison on September 17, 2019, Zenit's chief, Yuri Padalko, has signed a new deal until the end of the 2019-20 season.

PFC Sochi, a Russian Premier League club, announced on January 21 that Kokorin will join them on loan until the 2019-20 season. He refused to report and was transferred to Zenit-2. He eventually agreed to the loan, and Zenit reported it on February 17, 2020.

Following the suspension of the Premier League due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Kokorin scored a hat-trick in the first match back on June 19. FC Rostov defeated us 10-1 in the match. Despite being forced to quarantine, Rostov's senior and reserve teams, 43 players in total, were compelled to quarantine.

Spartak Moscow reported on August 2nd, 2020, the signing of Kokorin to a three-year contract with the option of an additional year after his Zenit St.Petersburg deal came to an end.

Spartak announced on January 21, 2021, that they had reached an understanding with Fiorentina on Kokorin's transfer. Fiorentina announced on January 27, 2021, that the club had signed a deal with Kokorin. He was the second Russian to sign for the team, the first being Andrei Kanchelskis in 1997.

He was loaned to Aris Limassol in August 2022.

International career

Kokorin was a member of the Russia U-21 team that was competing in the 2011 European Under-21 Championship qualification. In November 2011, Kokorin was called up to the Russia national football team for a friendly against Greece in November 2011, making his national team debut in that game, a 1-1 draw in Piraeus. As Russia failed to progress to the group stages, he attended two games at UEFA Euro 2012 as a result.

In a 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Israel, he scored his first national team goal against Israel, which resulted in a 4–0 win at Ramat Gan Stadium.

He was named in Russia's 2014 FIFA World Cup squad on June 2, 2014, his first appearance was in Russia's 2014 FIFA World Cup team. In the team's 1–1 final group match draw with Algeria, he scored Russia's goal, after the team was defeated by the North African team.

In Russia's exciting Euro 2016 qualifying tournament, Kokorin scored three times, finishing on October 12th with a penalty in their last game, a 2–0 victory over Montenegro that secured Russia's position at the expense of Sweden. He was selected in Russia's squad for Euro 2016, and he appeared in all three matches as Russia finished last in the group.

He sustained an ACL tear in a Europa League match against RB Leipzig on March 15 and thus did not qualify for the 2018 FIFA World Cup as a result.
