Alex Sandro Silva, or simply Alex Sandro (born 26 January 1991), is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays for both Juventus and the Brazil national team as a left-back. Alex Sandro began his playing days with Atletico Paranaense and later on loan for Santos.
He joined Porto for €9.6 million in 2011 alongside fellow and countryman Danilo, who plays as a right back.

Club career

Alex Sandro was called up to the Brazil under-18 team in August 2009 after being part of the Brazil under-18 team, as well as teammates Raul, Renan Foe, and Gabriel Pimba.
