Personal life
Casio was embroiled in a controversy involving former girlfriend Andi Eigenmann. On June 29, 2011, Eigenmann was reportedly almost five months pregnant. Albie was one of the suspects who later revealed that the father of her child was her "first" boyfriend.
Meanwhile, Eigenmann's current boyfriend, Jake Ejercito, denied that he is the father, while Albie's mother, Albie, has neither confirmed nor denied that Albie is the father of Andi's unborn child. However, Mark Gil, Eigenmann's father, did hint that the child's father, Ejercito, was not the father, and he respects him for being there even though he wasn't the father of the child. Jake Ejercito, the identified father, was eventually reported by Eigenmann's sister in a podcast in September 2016, but it was without Casio's knowledge.
Casio's battle with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder or ADHD was revealed in August 2015, citing it as a reason for his departure from ABS-CBN.
