Career
Ji Soo made his acting debut on stage in 2009 and then appeared in a number of short films, including playing a lead in the Korean-Filipino independent film Seoul Mates. He first gained acclaim in high school drama, Angry Mom (2015).
Since then, he has appeared in television series Cheer Up! Scarlet Heart Ryeo (2016) and Moon Lovers (2016), as well as the film One Way Trip (2016).
He co-starred in JTBC's fantasy romance drama Strong Woman Do Bong-Soon, portraying a devoted rookie police officer. He appeared in OCN's crime drama Bad Guys 2.
Ji Soo appeared in JTBC's drama special Pong Pong Ball and Netflix's youth romance drama My First First Love in 2018.

Ji Soo was accepted to appear in the Korean drama River Where the Moon Rises in 2021. On February 15, 2021, the drama began airing with actor Ji Soo portraying On Dal's character. He appeared in six aired episodes before learning school bullying and assault charges were levied against him, so KBS replaced Ji Soo as the show's director. On Dal was re-cast by actor Na In Woo, who appeared from episode nine onwards of the drama.
