Alan Tam Wing-lun MH (born 23 August 1950) is a Hong Kong singer and actor.
He was instrumental in the establishment of the Cantopop scene in the 1980s as he was known for performing romantic ballads with modern arrangements.
Alan Tam earned numerous music awards from 1983 to 1987, including the Most Popular Male Artist and IFPI Award for four years, making him the most well-known celebrity singer of Hong Kong in the 1980s.

Career
In his secondary school years in Hong Kong, Tam discovered a passion for music. He formed "The Wynners" () with his colleagues, a band named "The Wynners." They later won the first prize to begin a career in the entertainment industry after appearing in a number of TVB variety shows. The band disbanded, and Kenny Bee reformed into the band The Wynners in 1973. The Wynners mainly performed in English. Tam was one of the band's two lead singers before the band split in 1978.
'Naughty Boy' () was his first album as a solo artist in 1979. 'Love in Autumn' (), a 1984 hit, was an early success.
In 1979, Tam's first album as a solo artist was titled "Naughty Boy" (). An announcement was made in Admiralty, Hong Kong, in 1997, that 40 celebrity investors had been invited to open a Star East Entertainment restaurant concept.
