Anna Marie Wooldridge (August 6, 1930 – August 14, 2010), also known as Abbey Lincoln, was an American jazz singer, songwriter, and actress.

After suffering deteriorating health ever since undergoing open-heart surgery in 2007, her brother, David Wooldridge, told The New York Times that she died in a Manhattan nursing home. There was no reason given for the death. She was cremated, but her remains were scattered.
