Life and career
Fitzgerald earned her Bachelor's Degree in Theater Studies from Yale University after first studying psychology for three years.
Fitzgerald starred Lola Laffer in the Amazon Studios political web television series Alpha House from 2013 to 2014. The series ran for two seasons before being cancelled. Fitzgerald appeared in USA Network's drama series Royal Pains as Emma Miller on April 23, 2014. She appeared in numerous television series, including Blue Bloods, Following, and Gotham, between 2014 and 2015.
Fitzgerald appeared in MTV's Scream on August 5, 2014. The show was revived for a second season on July 29, 2015, after being announced on May 30, 2016. MTV revealed on April 26, 2017 that Scream would get a makeover.
