Since the judge reduced her bail to $100,000, a Missouri mother convicted of baking her newborn baby to death in the oven could be freed. According to the judge, she only has to pay 10% to escape jail

According to an arrest warrant, Mariah Thomas, 26, was charged with endangering a child's life after one-month-old Za'Riah Mae was discovered dead with 'burn wounds.' Thomas had her bail reduced from $200,000 to $100,000 by Jackson County Judge Travis Willingham at a hearing on Tuesday. Thomas could potentially be out of prison for only $10,000, according to the bond's terms, because she must come up with just 10% of the money.
