Surbhi Jyoti (born 29 May 1988) is an Indian television actress best known for her portrayal of Zoya in Qubool Hai and Bela/Shravani in Naagin 3.
Early life
Jyoti was born in Jalandhar, Punjab, India. She began her early education at Shiv Jyoti Public School and then graduated from Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya. She was active in debates and was honoured as a student of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya. Surbhi graduated from Apeejay College of Fine Arts with a degree in Economics and a Master's degree in English Literature.
Career
Jyoti began her career in regional theatre and films. She has also worked as a radio jockey. She appeared in Punjabi language films Ik Kudi, Raula Pai Gaya, and Munde Patiala De, as well as the Punjabi television series Akiyaan To Door Jayen Na and Kach Diyan Wanga.
Jyoti became a member of the Qubool Hai television series, which was produced by 4 Lions Films and was telecasted on Zee television in 2012. Zoya Farooqui was a fictional actress who portrayed her role. She received the award for her portrayal of the character.
