Stuart Thomas Gillard (born April 28, 1950) is a Canadian film and television producer.
He is best known for his films Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III (1993) and RocketMan (1997).
In 1982, he wrote and directed the romance film Paradise, his first film directorship. Gillard's credits include Bordertown, The Outer Limits, Charmed, One Tree Hill, and 90210 as a television producer.
He has also produced numerous television films, some for ABC Family and Disney Channel such as Girl vs.
Monster and Twitches. In 1975, Gillard received the Canadian Film Award for Best Actor for his role as a journalist in the film Why Rock the Boat?
