Steven Kampmann (born May 31, 1947) is an American actor, writer, and director. * He was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Kirk Devane appeared in Newhart's first two seasons as Kirk Devane. Kampmann appeared in The Rodney Dangerfield Show: It's Not Easy Bein' Me, Los Angeles, The Richest Cat in the World, Multiplicity, and Analyze That.
