From the 1992 classic "White Men Can't Jump (2023), which will be streamed on Hulu, will see rapper Jack Harlow and actor Sinqua Walls (left) play Woody Harrelson and Wesley Snipes (right) as two rival street basketball players who team up to win a neighbourhood tournament. But, rather than being a slam dunk with viewers, social media followers mocked the most recent trailer this week: 'Them executives in Hollywood keep trying to recapture the 90s and [are] falling flat.' Fans have regularly accused studio bosses of being "out of ideas" after years of remakes and reboots that have failed to live up to their originals, which has largely woke remakes.
