Sarah Christine Thyre (born July 7, 1968) is an American actress, singer, and writer. She is best known for her appearance on the television show Strangers with Candy as Coach Cherri Wolf.
Early life
Thyre is the second child in a Roman Catholic family's household. She was born in Kansas City and Louisiana. She and her four siblings lived with their mother and struggled with poverty after her parents' divorce. Thyre earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from Montclair State University.
Personal life
