Career
He released a "How Me Love" remake of Robin S.'s "Show Me Love" in 2015. Spinnin' Records and Polydor released the track. It became a snap hit, with its top position on the UK Singles Chart at number 4 and then to the 21st position on the Dutch Top 40. "Show Me Love" was awarded gold in Australia. Feldt's music on Billboard's Dance/Electronic Songs chart in Belgium reached 15 and 13 places. Sam Feldt performed "Summer on You" with Lucas & Steve in 2016. It became the most played track on Dutch radio in September and October 2016, after landing at the number four spot in the Dutch Top 40. The track was given a Platinum award in the Netherlands just short of the release of "Summer on You." Feldt was ranked at 75 on DJ Mag's list of the Top 100 DJs of 2017.
Feldt is regarded as "a modern house superstar" and his "Show Me Love" as "Anne reshapes the classic tune," Billboard says, "when Feldt repeats the original with a spongy deep house beat." "The Devil's Tears" (Sam Feldt Edit) was one of Spotify's top ten most popular songs. Feldt's debut album Sunrise was released on October 6, 2017 by Spinnin' Records. Feldt's debut studio album and 12 additional songs were released on November 24th, 2017. The double album was accompanied by his remix album After The Sunset, which featured remixes from Zonderling, Breathe Carolina, and Calvo. As of November 2020, Sam released his song "Post Malone," which has reached 375 million streams on Spotify.
Feldt's latest project, Sam Feldt Live, incorporates his digital music recording with live instruments. His band, consisting of Dutch trumpeter Quirijn and Dutch saxophonist Tariq, has appeared on multiple Sam Feldt tracks.
Feldt unveiled his own record label, Heartfeldt Records, on the first official launch of "Hold Me Close" starring Ella Henderson. He has also founded The Heartfelt Foundation, which raises concerns of global warming. Goldfish, Jay Hardway, and Blond:ish are among the foundation's collaborators.
