The film "Barbie" by Greta Gerwig is packed with cameos, including an appearance by America Ferrera's husband, Ryan Piers Williams. Although Williams is mainly writing and directing, it seems he would not pass up the opportunity to play opposite his favorite Barbie as Gloria's (Ferrera) Duolingo-savvy husband. Their interactions on screen are minimal, but their chemistry on screen is undeniable.
Ferrera captioned Instagram photos of herself and her husband at the European premiere of "Barbie" in London on July 12, "My favorite & forever Ken, you cute." In his own Instagram post, Williams added, "I can't wait for you all to see America in this film!" On July 9, the couple walked the pink carpet at the "Barbie" world premiere in Los Angeles. Ferrera and Williams took a few minutes to snap photos in front of backdrops inspired by Barbie's journey out of Barbie Land a few minutes before the premiere.
