Career
Park, a teenager, was known for his acting and musical talents, as well as his good looks, which earned him a following among fans. Park appeared in a variety of television dramas and films following his debut in the MBC drama Theme Theater (1994). Park co-starred in Winter Sonata with Bae Yong-joon and Choi Ji-woo, bringing him fame in Japan.
Park, as a singer, was the "mysterious" voice behind Just For Yesterday, the hit theme song of SBS drama All In's hit theme song starring Lee Byung-hun and Song Hye-kyo.

In a showcase attended by 800 VIPs at Toho Cinema in Roppongi Hills, Tokyo, he and co-star Song Yun-ah visited Japan to promote the film. Hyun-soo Kang appeared in the film The Scam as an individual investor (small-time investor). The Scam was first introduced in February 12, 2009. He appeared in the drama The Slingshot, starring Kim Shinin, which first appeared on KBS2 on April 6, 2009.
